How N10 Academy collects, uses and protects your personal information.

When you complete our enquiry or trial booking form, we collect the following information:
- Parent or guardian name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Child's first name
- Child's age
- Preferred programme (optional)
- Any message you choose to include (optional)
We do not collect payment information, medical information, or any sensitive personal data via this website.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry and confirm your child's free trial session
- Recommend the most appropriate programme for your child's age and ability
- Communicate with you about your child's enrolment and progress if they join the academy
Our legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interests — we have a legitimate interest in responding to your request to book a trial session, and processing your data is necessary to do so.
4. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
Your data is only accessed by the N10 Academy coaching team for the purposes described above. We may use trusted third-party services (such as email providers) to handle enquiry notifications, but these parties are required to handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR.
5. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
If your enquiry does not result in enrolment, we will retain your contact details for up to 12 months and then delete them securely.
If your child joins N10 Academy, we will retain relevant records for as long as they are an active member, plus 12 months thereafter, unless you request earlier deletion.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Enquiry data is accessible only to the N10 Academy coaching team.
