Coach Nathan brings a playing background across academy and semi-professional football, having come through Arsenal and Crystal Palace at academy level before playing semi-professionally for Kentish Town and Clapton FC. His coaching experience includes KEFA Football Academy, Enfield District U13's Boys and Girls, and Middlesex County U13's Boys, giving him hands-on experience developing both boys and girls at representative level.
He is currently a scout for Stevenage FC, with previous scouting experience at AFC Wimbledon, and holds FA coaching, safeguarding and welfare qualifications (including FA Disability Football and FA Sudden Cardiac Arrest training), alongside diplomas in sports and child psychology and an ICES Sports Agent certification. Outside football, Nathan owns a local football club and works as a school teacher and a mental health care manager, giving him genuine, everyday experience supporting children and young people.

At N10 Academy, child welfare comes first, in every session, every decision, every interaction. Every member of our coaching staff is fully DBS checked and has completed FA Safeguarding and Child Protection training before working with any player.
We operate a comprehensive Child Protection Policy in line with The Football Association's guidelines. Parents are always welcome to observe sessions, and any concern, however small, is taken seriously and addressed promptly. Your child's safety is our responsibility and our honour.
